Sun Belt applies coating systems using HVLP and conventional spray equipment. We utilize our spray department to apply coatings to parts that have configurations or partial part coating requirements. Many materials such as specialized dry film lubricants and Teflon are applied only by spray application.

Sun Belt specializes in custom spraying applications. Production spraying of small parts, i.e. washers, to the application of Teflon to valve stems, to the painting of fastener heads for corrosion, cosmetic and color requirements are examples of our custom spray capabilities.

Sun Belt currently has 4 spray booths and 4 production ovens to accommodate our customer's production and part size requirements.
